All audio-classes except "Departure Protocol"聽can be purchased individually or as a part聽of the Courses. Information in audio-classes is in support of what you learn in the Courses Level 1-3.
Audio-classes do not contain breathwork instructions.
"Best Pracrices & Side Effects" and "Preparing for the Void" audio-classes can be purchased individually or as a part of the Level 2 Course.
