Stuck in a login or purchase loop? Clear your web cache!

• Clear your web cache (Google how to do this for your browser). That fixes looping/stuck browser issues.
• Alternately, open thevoidacademy.net in a different browser (Safari, Firefox) or from a different device.

• Registration Process
  Class registration process is pretty straightforward: pay and create a login. You must check "Subscribe to our email list" box on the checkout form to receive your registration confirmation email, class access links and updates. If the email is not there, check spam folder. 
  

  The Void Academy needs your permission to send you emails. We cannot email you without your subscribing to our email updates.

• Here is what you can do if you didn't check  "Subscribe to our email list" box at registration: 
• Go to the bottom of the Home Page and fill out "Subscribe to Our Updates" from. 
  After you do that you will receive all the rest of the class-related emails.
• Access Link
  You will receive an email with your access link a week prior to the class, 2 hrs before the class and 15 min before the start of the class. 
• Registration closes 30 min before the start of the class.
• Replay
  After the class you will receive an email with instructions on how to access unlimited replay via this website.

Paid for an in-person event but did not get the confirmation email with further instructions? 

DO NOT PAY AGAIN!

Here is what to do:

• Check your email and your spam / promotions folder for our email, subject line "Mini-Retreat Details and Confirmation"
• Still no email?
  Did you check "Subscribe to our email list" box at check-out?
  If you didn't check the box, please go to the Home Page and fill out "Subscribe to Our Updates" form.
• You will receive the next update email relevant to the live event you purchased.

• Most of the questions related to your purchases are covered in the FAQ section of this page.
• Please read carefully to understand the process and follow the recommended steps.
• Please refrain from sending a contact form asking the same questions.
• Expect some wait before you hear back if you decide to submit a contact form. 
• Not all submitted questions will receive a reply.

Signed up for updates but are not getting any emails from the Void Academy?

The Void Academy does not spam. We hate getting a million emails and we don't want you to be subject to this either. Expect to receive update emails from us two or three times a year. 

The only emails you will receive from The Void Academy are related to your purchases, workshops, events and online classes.

The Void Academy needs your permission to email you. We cannot email you at all without your subscribing to our email updates.

If you purchased and completed a Course but still need support, motivation or assistance with your practice, you can send us a Contact form located below the FAQ section on this page, and request a consultation with one of our advanced students.

Expect to hear from them directly by email a few days later to set an appointment.

This service is only available to those who purchased and completed at least one of our online Courses, or attended at least one of our in-person events. If you did neither you will not receive a reply.
