• After login, write down your password and bookmark the class/workshop/course page.

Stuck in a login or purchase loop? Clear your web cache!

• Clear your web cache (Google how to do this for your browser). That fixes looping/stuck browser issues.
• Alternately, open thevoidacademy.net in a different browser (Safari, Firefox) or from a different device.

• Registration Process
  Class registration process is pretty straightforward: pay and create a login. You must check "Subscribe to our email list" box on the checkout form to receive your registration confirmation email, class access links and updates. If the email is not there, check spam folder. 
  

  The Void Academy needs your permission to send you emails. We cannot email you without your subscribing to our email updates.

• Here is what you can do if you didn't check  "Subscribe to our email list" box at registration: 
• Go to the bottom of the Home tab and fill out "Subscribe to Our Updates" from. 
  After you do that you will receive all the rest of the class-related emails.
• Access Link
  You will receive an email with your access link a week prior to the class, 2 hrs before the class and 15 min before the start of the class. 
• Registration closes 20 min before the start of the class.
• Replay
  You will receive an email with instructions on how to access unlimited replay via this website within about two weeks after the date of the class. 

Paid for an in-person event but did not get the confirmation email? 

You must check "Subscribe to our email list" box on the checkout form to receive your registration confirmation email and event  updates. 

• Check your email and your spam folder for our email, subject line "Mini-Retreat Details and Confirmation"
• If the email is not there, you did not check "Subscribe to our email list" box on the checkout form. 
• To complete your event registration and to receive registration confirmation email and future event updates go back to Events tab, click "View Event" then click "Register Now". If your event payment was completed, small text  "You have already purchased this event" will appear above the price.
• Click on "Take me there" below that text and finish creating your log-in.
• You will receive your Mini-Retreat Details and Confirmation email immediately after you log in. Check your email and spam folder.
• You will also be redirected to the Library page, which for you will be empty.
• The Library page only shows your purchases of the prerecorded courses, workshops and classes. It does not show in-person events.
• Another way to receive your event email updates is to go to the bottom of the Home tab and fill out "Subscribe To Our Updates" from.

Signed up for updates but are not getting any emails from the Void Academy?

The Void Academy does not spam. We hate getting a million emails and we don't want you to be subject to this either. 

There is no periodic newsletter at this point.

The only email updates you will receive are the ones related to your purchases, new workshops, events and online classes.

• Depending on the time of your form submission you will receive the email within 1-15 business days.

• If you purchase an in-person event ticket but are unable to attend, you will receive an unlimited replay of the recorded part of the event. 
• Alternatively, you can transfer your event ticket to a different name. No free replays will be offered to you if you do.
• Please send us the Contact form mentioning the name of the event you are registered for, your name and email address and the name and the email address of the person you are transferring your ticket to.
