This event is beginner/intermediate level and is best suited for those who are just starting the practices that help liberate souls from the reincarnation cycle. It is also recommended for those who are struggling with the practice; those looking for a refresher and those who want to receive the most updated beginner and intermediate level of guidance.

Isabella will bring you her latest recommendations while focusing on the blocks and challenges you might face in your journey, and the ways to overcome them for your successful escape. We will hear the story of the experiencer who faced and overcame these challenges, and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.

You will learn/revisit and practice beginner and intermediate Cosmic Cobra Breath that opens the door to your own Divinity, liberates your soul from the Matrix trap and transforms your life here and now.  You will receive a powerful energetic upgrade during the guided meditation.

You will enjoy delicious gourmet plant-based lunch prepared with care and aligned with the nature of our gathering.

At the end of the event we will offer you an opportunity to integrate your experience with the grounding sound-bath by one of Sedona’s best Sound Healers Viola Rose. Viola will take you on the journey with the potent sounds of the Gong, her mesmerizing voice and many of the beautiful healing instruments. ​
