Mini-Retreat registration process is pretty straightforward: pay and leave "Subscribe to our email list" box checked. Due to email consent policies you must leave "Subscribe to our email list" box checked to receive your registration confirmation email and future event updates from the Void Academy.
You registered for a live event and your purchase will not appear on your Library Page, so no need to login. Check your email. If you do not see your registration confirmation email immediately upon registration check spam/promotions folder. Please DO NOT PAY AGAIN! The "Thank You" page that appears onscreen after you submitted the payment with the text “Your Purchase was Successful” is the confirmation that your payment went through.
If you unchecked "Subscribe to our email list" box at checkout you will not receive your registration confirmation email. Please go to the bottom of the Home Page and fill out "Subscribe to Our Updates" form. Make sure to use the same email address you used to purchase your pass! Doing this will ensure that you receive future email updates relevant to the Mini-Retreat.
Prior to the event we will send you two update emails: two weeks before the event, and two days before the event.

If you are unable to attend you will receive unlimited access to the replay of the recorded part of the event.
Alternatively, you can transfer your event ticket to a different name or to our next event. If you do, you will not receive the replay of the workshop you missed.
Please send us the Contact form via FAQ/Contact tab and mention your name and email address, and the name and the email address of the person you are transferring your ticket to. Go to FAQ/Contact tab for more info.
